藍莓芝士餅

Blueberry 藍莓
Blueberry Chuck Sauce
Cream Cheese 忌廉芝士 500g
Egg York 雞蛋黃 4隻
Egg White 雞蛋白 4隻
Sugar 白糖 180g
Cream 鮮忌廉 375g
Butter 牛油 60g
Biscuit 消化餅

.餅底:消化餅150克, 溶牛油60g(2安士)

餅面: 藍莓餡料隨意, 魚膠粉1茶匙, 水1湯匙

做法:

1.消化餅弄碎後加入溶牛油拌勻.將之放入已墊紙的8吋圓形餅模中壓實

2.忌廉芝士打滑後加入鮮忌廉及雞蛋黃拌匀, 備用

3.蛋白及糖打至企身, 將它和2.的材料混合至均勻

4.將材料放在餅底上, 放預熱焗爐以180度焗約1小時至金黃色便可取出, 放涼

5.餅面的魚膠粉與水拌匀, 座熱水使其溶化,與藍莓餡料拌勻, 放入餅面雪至隔天取出便可
