
今次主角不是三文魚,係個Sauce,因為好多人都覺得熟了的三文魚不太好吃,所以教大家做個Sauce令熟了的三文魚更好吃。
Ingredients(材料):
Salmon 三文魚
Cajun Powder 奇尊粉
Cous Cous 摩洛哥米
Carrot 甘荀
Mushroom 白菌
Thyme 百里香
Homemade Cajun Powder自製奇尊粉
Paprika 2 tablespoons印度紅粉兩湯匙
Garlic Powder 1 tablespoon蒜粉一湯匙
Ginger Powder 1 tablespoon薑粉一湯匙
Onion Powder half tablespoon洋蔥粉半湯匙
Cayenne Pepper Powder 1 teaspoon紅辣椒粉一茶匙
Chicken Powder 1 tablespoon雞粉一湯匙
Dried Dill weed 2 tablespoons乾蒔蘿碎兩湯匙
Dried Basil 1 tablespoon乾蘿勒一湯匙
Sea Salt 1 tablespoon 海鹽一湯匙
Ground Black pepper 1 tablespoon 黑糊椒碎一湯匙
Saffron Ginger Creamy Sauce:
Saffron 1 tsp 藏紅花一茶匙
Minced Ginger 1 tbs 薑蓉一湯匙
Dill weed 1 tablespoon蒔蘿一湯匙
White Wine 10ml 白酒十毫升
Cream 30ml 鮮忌廉三十毫升
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 30ml高純度橄欖油三十毫升
Salt and Pepper鹽和黑糊椒
